At The Treehouse Catering we have three executive chefs. Our multicultural chefs hail from Thailand, Jordan and Italy with a combined 70 years of culinary experience.
Graziano Luciani was born in Tuscany Italy where he began his culinary experience at La Terresina restaurant learning the importance of fresh organic local ingredients. He developed a comprehensive knowledge of wonderful wines paired with delicious foods. Graziano took that knowledge to the San Francisco Bay Area where he became executive chef at several boutique restaurants, hotels and corporate food services.
Fadi Alnmiri was born in Amman Jordan where he learned Mediterranean and Arabic dishes working with his brothers at the family restaurant. He moved to California and became a sushi chef after much training. Fadi was preparing sushi in both Los Angeles and San Francisco before opening The Treehouse Café in Carmel.
Pam Alnmiri was born in Bangkok Thailand and was formally trained in fine Thai cuisine. She took the knowledge to Los Angeles working as an executive chef in several restaurants before moving to Carmel where she is one of the chefs at The Treehouse Café.
