You're a star! The Idaho Potato Commission video is finally finished, and you turned in an academy award performance.
We wish to thank you and everyone at 300 Market for helping us to make this food service video such a success. The comments made by you, the other chefs and managers were certainly better than any script we could have written. The only challenge was trying to condense all of the comments into a 9 minute video.

On behalf of Paul and Saag's, I would like to thank you and Mary for the time and tour you gave us yesterday. Clearly, you and your company are true professionals. It is exciting for us to think that we may be part of a unique and fun organization such as BON APPETIT.
On our return to Saag's, I spoke with our Vice President of Marketing, Tim Dam (as in Hoover Dam), about our conversation and your plans for a sausage program. He asked me to let you know that if you would be interested, we would be more than delighted to work with you and your staff in arranging some fun activities using a sausage theme. ie. Mayfests, Oktoberfests, etc. We have a lot of experience arranging such activities, finding them quite entertaining and successful at the same time.
